Psychiatric Evaluation

This is a psychiatric diagnostic appointment that is 45 minutes long. During this appointment we will explore current life stressors, current symptoms of mental illness, past psychiatric treatment, and family of origin issues. At the conclusion of the appointment we will formulate a diagnosis and treatment plan.
